My item was stolen, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your courier to further assist with this.

I gave an incorrect address, can I get a refund?

We are sorry to inform you that if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted.

What method is used for shipping?

All packages are shipped UPS & USPS ONLY
Tracking number will be provided once shipment has been processed, you will get an email with the information to track package.

What if I signed up for the class but I am unable to attend still?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for any of our courses. We ask that you plan your schedule accordingly.

I booked a consultation but I am unable to make that time, can I reschedule?

Due to the limited slots available, we are unable to facilitate a refund or reschedule. If you connect with us past your call time, we will only be able to accommodate the remaining time for your session.
